With the popularization of the Internet technology, human beings have entered the We Media era. In the process of the rapid development of micro blog, micro channel and other media platforms, there are many problems such as false news, media trial, the negative effect of human flesh search, etc, which lead to misleading. The construction of the ethics of we-media age is an important part of the construction of social ethics in the contemporary society.It has a subtle influence on the value orientation of the public. Therefore, we must explore the effective measures to solve this problem, so that the media to give full play to its advocacy of public opinion to guide, spread positive energy, and facilitate the people’s life.This paper analyzes the performance and causes of the ethical issues in the media news from the theoretical level, including the theory of "gatekeeper", "agenda setting", "agenda setting" and "attention economy" theory in economics. From the ethical issues of media news, we need to understand the ethical values of the media, establishing the ethical standards of we- media news communication, and develop the Ethical Tactics of self media news dissemination.The paper uses many research methods to analyze the ethics of Journalism and communication in the media age. Using the system analysis method, we analyze the ethical theory of self media and news communication, and then construct the ethical standards of the media news communication. Using the causal analysis method, we analyze the causes of the ethical issues in the media era.
