Folk tourism resources in China are very rich, and recently folk tourism hasbecome an important field of Chinese tourism development. Many cities especiallyminority regions have many attempts. While bringing economic benefits to localresidents,more importantly, folk tourism development can urge residents to re-knowtraditional folk culture. But there are also some problems in the development of folktourism, such as the contradiction of stage, table evolution with the culturedemonstration and protection, the natural and cultural environment destruction to thetourist resort, and no worthy successors in future to carry the torch of traditional folkcultureandsoon.The emergence, development and heritage of folk culture is a historical process,inordertobetterprotectandutilizefolktourismresources,andtodevelopfolktourismresources, the innovation points of this paper is based on the current situation of folktourism, embarking from the folk cultural heritage view, following the culture growthidea to protect the natural and social environment of folk culture bytracingthe cultureorigin,investigatingtheexistingstatus,exploringculturalinheritancefolkskillmethodand other forms. Then taking folk tourism resources protection and utilization as theresearch object, this paper constructs the folk tourism resources development modeunder the guidance of the cultural growth idea, and taking the folk tourism resourcesprotection and utilization in Changan district as an example, this paper discusses the planning methods of folk tourism. Hope that the study of this paper can play a certainreference in the protection and inheritance of folk culture and promoting thesustainable development of folk tourism.
