Along with the rapid development of market economy, improvement of people’s living standard, the laptop computer consumption is also more and more accessible and growing demand. Followed, rivals in increasing all the time. Whose react fast, who can win more market share, in the fierce competition in the lead, thus ensuring the enterprise rapid development.Correct forecast customer demand changes can increase the ability of enterprise to the changing market, good sales forecast for enterprise production decision provides powerful basis, Enterprise’s production planning, human expansion, the machine complement, line production, material preparation, inventory preparation etc are inseparable from sales forecast. Therefore correctly grasp the customer demand change, grasps the accurate forecast of sale enterprise competitive advantage has become one of the key factors.This paper is based on the analysis of characteristics of the laptop computer industry, starting with the analysis of our customer demand change factors. using exponential smoothing forecast method and regression analysis forecasting method, set up two kinds of method and combining with the sales forecast system, in order to achieve the purpose of accurately mastering customer demand changes.
