The righteousness of the remuneration distribution of modern enterprise is onecomprehensive problem which involves lots of influencing elements. No matter the subject orthe object of the distribution, only if every element follows the ethical principle during thedistribution, will the real righteousness of the distribution come true. The primary task of theremuneration distribution of modern enterprise is to set an explicit goal, and each stage of theremuneration distribution of modern enterprise should take this goal as the prerequisite,restraining it in the ethical category strictly. However, the conclusion drawn in this way is notthe absolute righteousness of the distribution. The reason why the righteousness of theremuneration distribution can not be realized is that in the process of remunerationmanagement, there are different conflicts in varying degrees emerged among the influencingelements. And although these elements are mainly divided into two parts—internal andexternal, it doesn’t mean that they exist independently. They affect the process ofremuneration distribution together. They are both interrelated and mutually conflicting witheach other. Therefore, there are different opinions on the problem of the righteousness of theremuneration distribution, each of which is righteous on the base of itself and is allowed byethics, while unequal and unethical for others. Then two extreme forms of the remunerationdistribution take place, which are the righteousness of the distribution inside the enterpriseand the righteousness of the distribution outside the enterprise. Whether the distribution isrighteous or not is the relative righteousness gotten by adjusting constantly between these twoextreme situations. And it is the righteousness of the remuneration distribution of modernenterprise studied in this paper. At the same time, it is the primary reason why the absoluterighteousness can not be realized, and only the relative righteousness can be achieved.
