In essence, professional talents are one of the major management factors of in the21st century for Hotel management. How to manage professional talents and attract more excellent talents and serve for enterprises and creation company performance, therefore the enterprise’s management. The most powerful method to solve this kind of problem is to establish scientific hotel salary management.Taking H Hotel as the research object, this paper introduces the basic theories of remuneration system at the beginning. And then it studies the current status and existed problems of H Hotel remuneration system. Following that the optimization schemes of remuneration system of H Hotel are analyzed. Finally, it explored its security strategy, hoping to provide some reference opinions and operable suggestions for the development of H Hotel as well as charity undertakings in China.According the related theories of remuneration system, this paper mainly studies operation and management of H Hotel and draws the conclusions as follows:with the development of social economy and innovation of remuneration system management model, H Hotel has made great achievements in its operation. However, since its short established time and weak consciousness of employers, there are still some problems, such as the unreasonable structure of remuneration system, lack of incentive effect of communication mechanism and the lack of invigorative system. In this paper, some suggestions are proposed to solve the existed problems to a maximum extent and promote operational efficiency, standardizing and improving local rules of H Hotel.
