The land is the human survival and development’s foundation, so the scarcity of land resource is the driving force of land intensive use. The problem of land intensive use is the Chinese social economy growth faces a significant practical problem. Future will be the crucial period of China from economic country to economic powerful country, and finish industrialization and urbanization. As the main factors of production,land resources is the supporting role of develop industrialization and urbanization than other factor. With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization development, to the city of land will increase demand, urban land the contradiction between supply and demand is day by day prominent sharp, In the urban land shortage of resources city outward expansion blocked, under the premise of our country industrialization, urbanization and the continuous and healthy development of the high speed depends to a great extent on efficient and intensive utilization of land resources of existing city. Therefore, the study of urban land intensive use problems have important theoretical and realistic significance.This thesis carries out the evaluation study on the intensive land use based in Qianjiang urban city of Chongqing. Qianjiang as the southeast of Chongqing economic center and core city,plays a leading role in the southeast of Chongqing. As the population continues to increase consumption level and the continuous improvement of land resources, the burden of the shoulder more and more difficult, the contradiction of population outstanding. Only on new construction land,"booth pie" type of outward expansion of urban construction very difficult. Therefore, reasonable allocation of land resources qianjiang, high efficiency of urban land intensive use, thus make the qianjiang district social, economic and ecological integrated to maximize efficiency, is to solve the qianjiang district the current urbanization process of urban land demand and land supply of the basic way to conflict. Based on the analysis of qianjiang district urban land resources the present situation and problems of the foundation, on the level of intensive use to evaluate research.This article through to the domestic and overseas scholars about the concept of urban land intensive use inductive research, define the city of the connotation of intensive land use, and briefly analysis of urban land intensive use relevant concepts; At home and abroad in about urban land intensive use related theory, research methods, and on the basis of location theory, to rent and price theory, land diminishing returns theory, urban land use interactive theory and the sustainable development theory, as the foundation of the assessment theory and the theory basis. Combined with actual conditions of qianjiang district, this paper analyzes the qianjiang district city urban land use status and existing problems, using analytic hierarchy process to qianjiang district urban land use status for quantitative analysis, choose the input intensity, utilization degree, output effect and continuous condition4index factors layer, established the qianjiang the urban land intensive use evaluation index system, and determine the11evaluation indexes weights. Analytic Hierarchy Process methodology has been applied to make a quantities analysis and evaluation on the current situation of the urban constructive land use.in Qianjiang area has been revealed. Bases on the analysis of the land use problem, an exploring research is carried out on construction calculation index system of urban constructive land,and then gives some suggestions on improving the level of urban land intensive use in the Qianjiang city.This paper includes five parts:Part one, introduction. This paper discuss the background, theoretical significance and practical significance first,and then introduce the framework and the methods. The last is simple introduce the research in this area at home and aboard.Part two, the research of city land intensive utility. This paper define the connotation and discuss the related definitions of city land intensive utility. And then, this paper make a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of city land intensive utility.Part three, the empirical analysis of the evaluation of Qianjiang city land intensive utility. This paper design the index system of the evaluation of city land intensive utility from analyses the problem of the present land use situation in Qianjiang, build up the evaluation model of city land intensive utility and make an empirical analysis.Part four, the policies to improve Qianjiang city land intensive utility level. Based on empirical analysis before, this paper put forward some aimed and feasible policies to the present Qianjiang city land extensive utility and some other problems.
