Evaluation On Land Intensive Use Of Economic Development Zones Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

China is in a transition period of economic and social development, the role of development zones in the regional economy is more and more important, land intensive use much domestic attention of scholars, however, there are still many problems in intensive land use of development zones, accompanied by economic growth zone is not reasonable, integrated development system is imperfect, management service mechanism is not perfect, low degree of industrial clusters, development zones and industrial clusters spatial layout uncoordinated. Therefore, further study of the theory of land intensive use, efforts to tap the potential of land intensive use and implementation path has important strategic significance.First, the intensive use of land to expand illustrate basic concepts, discusses the practical value of land intensive use and its positive role in the industrial structure adjustment; then the status of the Taoyuan District Hangzhou City development analysis, analysis of its economic development zone before, mainly from the industrial economy development survey, evolution, management system and service overview of the population structure of the three aspects of the integration features and problems were clarified; secondly, to explore the land intensive use evaluation methods for locating specific Taoyuan Economic Development Zone, and the actual construction case, the final choice of AHP as a final evaluation methods; specific to the Taoyuan District then began intensive use of land to expand the evaluation, construct land intensive use evaluation, after each index rating obtained Taoyuan Economic Development calculated by the analytic hierarchy process Comprehensive land intensive use evaluation results for good; and finally, to the Taoyuan District Hangzhou future intensive use of land to provide relevant suggestions.Through evaluation of land intensive use of the Hangzhou Economic Development Zone in Taoyuan, not only to build a simple, easy to practice intensive evaluation of the two dimensions of space and money, while accurate expression of the current development of the intensive use of land in Taoyuan Economic Development Zone status quo.
