Research On Tourism Resource Value Evaluation Based On MRA Method

Tourism resource is the basis of tourism activities. However, impacted by traditional concept of resource value, tourism resource has been considered valueless for a long time. Recently, rational concept of tourism resource has been built, but the issue of the evaluation of tourism resource value is still debatable due to its characteristics.The research of evaluation tourism resource value was mainly using TCM method, CVM method and their improvements to do empirical analysis,while the research of methodology is rare. Those methods request massive Questionnaire survey. If survey is hard to taken, studies will not be available. This article tries to give a new method called MRA method to evaluate tourism resource and to evaluate the value of Arxan National Forest Park.There are seven chapters in this dissertation. In chapter1, we introduced the context, significance and the Innovations of the research.In chapter2, we introduced the theories of the evaluation of tourism resource value. In this section, the concepts and theories concerned were given and reviewed the evaluation method at present.In chapter3, Meta analysis was introduced. The article concluded the conception and application and summarized the advantages and disadvantages.In chapter4, we constructed the MRA model and gave the principles to pick variables. The step to evaluate tourism resource has been described.In chapter5, custom surplus model of Arxan National Forest Park using MRA method has been built. We built a database of original paper and pick variables. Finally, the recreation value was obtained.In chapter6and7, we found that resource value is impacted by some variables and we analyzed it and concluded that:MRA method is an available and effective method to evaluate tourism resource. The custom surplus of Arxan National Forest Park is122.2903Yuan per person per year. At last, we summarized the insufficient of the research and described the direction of the research.It’s worth noting that the research found that there are regional and time differences between east and middle-west area, so we built the model respectively and explained the differences. The research discovered that MRA method could evaluate tourism resource as well as get the influence of variables. It is a new attempt to analyze the impaction factors of tourism resource value.
