The Study On Changing Liaoning Foreign Trade Development Mode In Financial Crisis Era

China is taking part in the word economic actively.Since reform and opening up, foreign trade has been an important part of China’s economy. With the development of technology, technology increasingly becomes an important component.To some extent, the competition between counties can be considered as the competition of technology. Thus, using technology to improve the foreign trade is an urgent work for every county. The higher technology content products take a great share in the word market, which has been a trend of foreign trade. Because the disadvantage in technology, China’s export trade structure is very simple and the added value of the product is relatively low. In a word, foreign trade development was quantity featured;we must transform the foreign trade development mode as soon as possible.The paper is divided into five chapters. The fist part is "introduction. The second part is the foreign theory about technology, which includes three parts.The first part introduces the meaning of foreign trade development, the second part tells us something about the independent innovation.the third part elaborates on the export mechanism of the independent innovation. In the third chapter, we analyze the Liaoning’s foreign development from export structure、export trade mode、export company structure、export market structure, then we can conclude the mode of Liaoning’s foreign development and understand what is the most important actor that restricts Liaoning’s foreign development. In the paper, on the basis of the study of Liaoning’s foreign trade,We can draw a conclusion that the foreign trade development mode is quantity featured obviously Firstly, the trade gains in not coordinated with the speed of export; Secondly, the design and sale of Processing trade owns a low increment rate;Thirdly, the competitiveness of high-tech export product is low.; Finally, the export market is relatively concentrated and foreign investment enterprises accounting for a large proportion in the Liaoning foreign tradc.In the forth chapter, Combined with factors influencing Liaoning foreign trade development and changes of word economy, this dissertation points out that the independent innovation is the largest barrier limiting trade development mode to change into intensive pattern. In the end, the article tells us how to change the trade development of Liaoning form the point of independent innovation. This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part puts forward the measures on changing trade development from four aspects which are changing the export structure、creating foreign trade brand effort、coping with trade friction、improvement of terms of trade.The second part brings up some measures on improving enterprises’ independent innovation.Increasing scientific research investment; Building an independent innovation system in which the enterprises are in the core position and have good relationship with universities and research institutions Strengthening the protection of intellectual property right to create a favorable innovation environment; Combining the original innovation and integrated innovation with the secondary innovation on the basis of technology introduction and digestion innovation;Establishing a foreign trade evaluation system to promote enterprises’independent innovation ability;Government should be advocates and boosters of enterprises’independent innovation. Building and perfecting the agency;promoting enterprises’independent innovation;Giving small and medium-sized enterprises more support.
