Research On Diversified Financial Support For Independent Innovation Of Enterprises In Henan Province

With the development of economic globalization,the competition of economic strength and comprehensive national strength of each country have changed from the competition of traditional industries to the competition of innovation ability and high technology.The enterprise with independent innovation ability is an important carrier for a country to become an innovation-oriented country,and also a key factor affecting the adjustment of a country’s economic structure.Therefore,in this situation,the development of independent innovation in China has made a new breakthrough in recent years.The ability of enterprises to carry out independent innovation activities has been gradually enhanced.The level of scientific and technological knowledge has shown a good state of development,and the state is constantly encouraging enterprises in all provinces to carry out independent innovation activities.According to the general idea of science and technology development in the 13 th five-year plan,henan,as a large economic province in the central region,is gradually focusing on independent innovation at the present stage,and promoting the economy to turn to high-quality development by means of independent innovation.Although henan has achieved some results in promoting independent innovation,it is still somewhat backward compared with developed provinces.In the development process of independent innovation,there are still problems such as the difficulty in improving the credit scale of financial institutions,the imperceptible effect of guiding funds invested by the government,and the shortage of enterprises’ own funds.Therefore,henan province should strengthen the efficient connection between financial resources and scientific and technological resources,and should build the capital supply chain and innovative service chain when enterprises make independent innovation in the whole life cycle.It can solve the development problems,and consolidate the development advantages.Based on the above background,this paper first sorted out the literature on the development of independent innovation supported by diversified funds.Then this paper analyzes the theories of financial support and independent innovation ofenterprises,which lays a foundation for the research direction of the current situation of independent innovation of enterprises supported by multiple funds and the establishment of empirical model.Secondly,the article describes the overall development level of the enterprise independent innovation such as the basic condition of financial investment,enterprise innovation and so on.At the same time,this paper summarizes the status of financing innovation main body from the perspective of financial institutions,credit,and risk investment.Then,according to the current situation,the problems such as the total amount of financial support and the shortage of high-tech talents in the process of financial support enterprises’ independent innovation are put forward.Further established the multivariate regression model,this paper will multiple funds investment and the relationship between enterprise independent innovation ability and the empirical analysis.The results show that government funds,enterprises’ own funds and financial market science and technology loans have different positive promoting effects on enterprises’ innovation technology research and development,technology achievement transformation and high-tech industrialization.Finally,policy Suggestions are put forward from three levels: strengthening the position of innovation subject,strengthening the construction of financial institution system and optimizing the government incentive system.
