| With the rapidly development of electric power industry in China recently, thenational network of “transmission electric power from West to East, exchange electricpower between South and North and Interconnection in the whole country†hasbasically taken shape, the underdevelopment of network is being improved. However,in China, the management model of electric transmission and transformation projectlacks effective guidance. Especially the lack of scientific argument and assessment ofproject feasibility before investment, including technical feasibility analysis, financialand risk evaluation, leads to low transmission capacity and operation diseconomy. Itlimits the growth of electric power industry in China, so the study on financial andrisk evaluation of electric power industry has a number of practical applications.First, literatures about financial and risk evaluation of investment project both inand out of China are reviewed, and the basic theories about financial and riskevaluation are introduced, including the arise and development, the concepts andmethods. Furthermore empirical analysis is made on Wuhai220kv powertransmission and transformation project, by investment assessment, financialevaluation and uncertainty analysis, and a financial acceptable result is concluded atlast. Meanwhile this article gives a risk assessment hierarchical model, andscientifically computing to get weights of the indicators, and quantitatively analyzethe possible risks, get the conclusion that the project has an under-average risk level.This article provides reference for financial and risk evaluation of electric powerproject, accelerates the development of electric power project, has both theoretical andpractical values. |
