| The Laiyuan 220 kV power transmission and transformation project is to enhance the weak in Power Network of northeast Baoding, and solve power supply shortage of Laiyuan Electric Power Company. So analysis on evaluating implementation effect is important for determining that whether the project plays obvious role on solving problems of absent electricity power and promoting regional economic development. Based on sufficient demonstration about this project implemented in Laiyuan and the characteristics of this project, the evaluation index system and the evaluation model are established in this paper. With investigation data of Laiyuan 220 kV power transmission and transformation project, actual effect of implementation of this project is analyzed. The numerical results of evaluation model show that the project is successful, the intended target is realized basically, better benefit is achieved, and it exerts positive influence. |
