With the marked development of China’s reform and opening-up policy in thepast30years, China have succeeded entering the world economy, and all industrieshave taken part in the international specialization and shared the benefits of theworld economy integration and the globalization. Along with the increasingly rapideconomic globalization, Chinese enterprises grasped some key technologies andresources step by step and enhanced the ability of the business management, andcompleted with the big international companies with confidence. Businessmanagement, special strategic business management, that is to say, how to allocate,build and harmonize the internal resource to maintain competition ability isbecoming the key factor in the market competition.Shenzhen Eastlink Government Co. Ltd is a private enterprise for operatingwoman’s dress. After21years’ development, company has lost the top rank in themarket for some failed operations in strategic management, design development,supply chain, sale channel and employee competence, and intensely complete withinternational companies and excellent local companies. Facing the severeenvironment, company is analyzing the reasons, special in strategic management, forfinding out good methods to rescue and change the conditions.The thesis adopted some good methods like PESTG, Five Competitive Abilityand Value Chain to scan, analyze and judge the inside and outside businessenvironment for drafting the strategic map and route for coming3years’future.The strategic implementation depends on execution and specialization. Thethesis gives some good suggestions in organization reengineering, enterprise culture,Human resource management, supply chain management and sale channelmanagement and performance management etc.The thesis does not only study the Eastlink strategy and put forward someexcellent suggestions, which will be benefit for company transition.
