Human resource cost is the sum of direct expense and indirect expense in a givenperiod paying for labor for the business operation, which figures an important role inall kinds of cost of an enterprise, and saving that is an effective way to save the costand improve the performance for the enterprise. As a sample of my research, TS Co.Ltd., a large electronic products OEM enterprise, had been accounted the earlywarning control model of human resource cost and been pointed out the controlstandards by me, which followed the actual of the model. I also put forward ways tocontrol the human resource cost by means of “Improving the human resource output”and “Saving the cost of human resources”, which basing on the data and logicaldeduction and having strong operability, owing to the compliance of “Evidence-BasedManagement”. The research achievements of this paper can be used to guide thehuman resource cost management of enterprises in the same industry. |
