With the development of modern knowledge economy,talents play a vital role in enterprises.Especially in the education and training industry,human resource is the first competitive resource of enterprises.In order to attract high-quality talents,it is necessary to strengthen investment in human resource management,which directly leads to higher and higher investment in human resource of enterprises.Human resources cost in the total cost has become the education training enterprises the highest,the most important part of,if poorly managed,will seriously affect the staff’s work enthusiasm and enterprise economic benefits,especially in the face of the sudden outbreak of the new champions league and the national policy of Shuang Jian,per capita productivity decline,brain drain is more serious,even affect the success or failure of enterprise development.How should enterprises improve the ability of human resource cost management and maximize the cost effectiveness,which is not only reflected in the financial statements,but also reflected in the continuous efforts and growth of employees.The cyclic rise of enterprise comprehensive competitiveness is an important problem to be faced in management,and is also the topic to be studied in this paper.In this paper,the theoretical basis of research results at home and abroad to teach culture institutions DF company as the research object,from the perspective of human resources cost efficiency by means of affecting the human resource cost and dismantling of various indexes,and in human resources and enterprise economic benefits,the human resources cost benefit index based on the analysis of the data,found the company in the human resources structure,As well as recruitment cost management,training cost management,compensation cost management,welfare cost management,turnover cost management these five types of main cost management problems,put forward a series of fine management measures to reduce direct costs and hidden costs,And put forward a series of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program from the cultivation of management concepts,the improvement of management process and the consolidation of human resources foundation work,and finally make a summary of this paper,and hope to make a more comprehensive and detailed study on the shortcomings in the future study.
