Quality management plays a very important role in management operations ofautomobile component industry. Study on quality management becomes to adeserving research with important of quality gradually.In recent years, with the rapid development of global economy, the automobilebecomes a very important part in people’s life, the production of vehicle is growingfast, at the same time, many of the automobile quality problem has begun to appear,therefore, research and solve the problem of quality management in automobileindustry becomes particularly important, but the quality management level ofautomobile component industry directly influences the level of the automobileindustry, this means the quality management of automobile component industry is theroot to solve the problem of automobile quality management, so the research ofautomobile quality management appears very important. Study on qualitymanagement of the automobile component industry involves many aspects, thoughmany famous scholars had been studied quality management of automobilecomponent industry, but according to the study of automobile component industrystill in initial stage. So this dissertation solve the problem of quality management inautomobile industry, by analysis of the current situation of automobile componentindustry, at the same time, combined with the basic theory of quality managementsystem for automobile industry, to achieve the aim of improving the overall of thequality management of automobile component industry.This dissertation explains the research significance on quality management ofautomobile component industry, through the analysis of current situation ofautomobile component industry, comparing current situation of quality managementof an enterprise with the entire automobile component industry, finding the problemsof quality management in the enterprise, and by using the basic theory and tool toproposes the improvement of quality problem, accordingly it is benefit of promotingimprovement of the whole automobile component industry quality management level.
