Research On Quality Process Optimization Management Of C300 Automobile Development

In recent years,with the domestic auto industry fast development,the independent car companies gradually entered to a new stage of rapid development from reverse imitation,assembly,sales,product updates.In this stage,our experience is positive research and development,manufacturing,marketing,service integration development and rapid iteration of the product.It puts forword new requirements and challenges to the independent research and development of enterprise quality management.It has become a key to the development of the auto enterprises that study how to establish a set of quality management processes,methods,efficient research and development models,continuely provide more quality products for the customers.This paper takes BC company's C300 project quality management process as the research object,and put forward and implemented improvement measures on the basis of the theory of quality management,process improvement,etc.The full paper is divided into six parts.In the first part,we introduced the research significance,research situation at home and abroad.The second part is the related theory and research review.In the third part,we analysed the problems existing in the C300 development process,and proposed improvement program.In the fourth part,we described the C300 primary,secondary and tertiary development in detail,and the whole implementation process.In the fifth part,this paper expound the guarantee of implementing and the results after improvement.The sixth part is summary and deficiency.This study embodied the combination of quality management theory and management practice,and obtained the expected result.The research method can be a reference for the development of auto enterprises quality management.
