Semiconductor industry is on the top of information industry chain, what is thebasis for the development of communications, computer networks, digital audio&video systems and terminal products, and also plays a vital role in the developmentof the information industry.Semiconductor production line is a very complex manufacturing systems.Due tomany types of products, complex process, long production cycle, numerous of toolsand high difficulty of man-machine match, it is very difficult to carry out productionmanagement. And the semiconductor industry is the high investment, high-yield,high-risk and highly competitive industry. It exacerbates the urgent needs ofreasonable production control of semiconductor companies.This article uses company Z as the research object to explore which importsToyota Production System as a mode of production management measures adoptedin the process, the means of propulsion, the results achieved and the problems to besolved, and as supplemented by the MES system information tools to furtherpromote and improve the Toyota Production System in the enterprisethe application.This article describes the origin, definition and nature of the Toyota ProductionSystem, and introduces many TPS techniques including5S and import steps by theimporting practice. Finally, we use the results of projects to reflect the effectivenessof TPS and the presence of problems, and summed up the experiences and lessonslearned in this process.
