Call center is an important industry in the modern service industry, is a sunriseindustry, the green industry in current business environment, as the new model ofthe call center industry. This industry features by a high content of the human capital,high technology content and high value-added; At the same time, it needs moreinnovative technology and new way to operate more efficiently in comparing withtraditional industries, in order to support business system in this high technicalbackground. And all kinds of call center system, equipment, application softwareplatform in communication field that’s related to call, emerge as the times require.The use of Call center makes the traditional industry to improve efficiency andenhance customer satisfaction, enterprises more competitive.DC is an IT company and scale ranks first in the industry, business model isdiverse. In2010, DC proposed a basic outline of company DC--"three five"development, at the same time, also make the development strategy aboutinformation construction on the basis of the next ten years DC city.This paper firstly discussed the DC Corporation’s marketing background,including the current IT market and the DC company’s marketing mode; secondlyintroduced the communication equipment of the AVA brand, the marketing share inthe global scope, the advantage of AVA brand’s product technology; thirdlydiscussed DC company’s marketing strategy about focusing AVA brand, includingthe selection of AVA brand communication products, environmental research ofbusiness development; finally, discussed how to build distribution system of DCcompany product, how to control the sales management and sales staff motivation,how to develop the call center application in the electronic commerce industr y.
