E-commerce Logistics Center Planning Approach

On the basis of analysing e-commerce and logistics delivery, this paper puts forward the planning method of logistics distribution center under e-commerce environment, and has carried on deep research on the location problem and stock problem. On the location problem, the weak point of traditional method of site selection was found. This paper has proposed a new method—return route location method, on the basis of the best optimum route of delivery. About the solution of optimizing stock problem, this paper has applied the method of Monte-Carlo to carry on the simulation of the stock model, get optimal order quantity and recorder stock level in order to reach the minimum system cost and has analysed the formulation and inspection of the random number among them. In addition, this paper has briefly analysed the development course and content of the logistics management information system(LMIS) under e-commerce.
