This paper analyzes the impact of mobile Internet on enterprise competitiveintelligence,such as intelligence.needs of the enterprise competitive intelligence,intelligence collection, intelligence research contents, intelligence analysismethods,intelligence services. Mobile Internet makes changes in the marketenvironment, enterprise competitive intelligence changes bound to happen. Generatenew intelligence needs, competitive collection of intelligence need to make adjustments,changes in competitive intelligence research contents enterprise to re-evaluatecompetitors, analyzing the competitive environment, competition strategies adjustments,anti-competitive intelligence. Need to use the new competitive intelligence analysismethods.On the basis of analyzing the impact of mobile Internet on enterprise competitiveintelligence, put forward corresponding countermeasures. First,Put the human needsanalysis and consumer demand as the focus of enterprise competitive intelligenceresearch. Second, in order to ensure comprehensive, accurate, economical and timely.Made a number of intelligence collection principles and new ideas. Third, put forwardsome specific countermeasures to competitor analysis, competitive environmentanalysis and competitive strategy analysis, and anti-competitive intelligence. Fourth,provide some new competitive intelligence analysis method Fifth, according to theirown practical and internal and external environment, make the correct choice of theintelligence service model.
