The Method Of Suppliers Selection And Order Distribution In JIT Procurement Under ERP Model

From the21st century, the global economy had integrated, market demand becomeunpredictable and competition had intensified too, ERP gradually was paid attention by allthe enterprises and to become the enterprise profit growth foundation, improved the corecompetitiveness of the enterprises effectively. If we want to achieve the success of the ERPimplementation, we must attach importance to the supplier selection and order allocationproblem of the enterprise ERP system.This paper mainly use the automotive industry as an example, studied the supplierselection and order allocation problem of the enterprise ERP system. the thesis contain sixparts.The first part, introduced the thesis’ background of this research, and summarized thedomestic and foreign research situation of the supplier selection and order allocationproblem, and expounded the content and the technical route of the thesis;The second part, mainly introduced the basic theories which used by this paper, supplychain and supply chain management, the related theories of JIT procurement under supplychain and the meaning of modern management;The third part, studied the supplier selection and order allocation problem of theenterprise ERP system, using AHP model to settle the supplier selection problem, and usinglinear programming to settle the order allocation problem，to provide a basis of operationfor the fourth part and the fifth part.The fourth part, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to establish model,and evaluated the four automobile manufacture enterprise which production are automobilechassis nuts, Not only avoid the subjective limitation, but also utilized the quantitativemethods which is accurate and objective, and contained the JIT procurement evaluationindex, Effectively solved the JIT procurement vendor selection problems;The fifth part, to establish a supplier order distribution model which based on JITprocurement, this model used linear programming, to minimize the purchasing cost basedon the condition of guarantying the JIT procurement and the production, this model using Matlab, and this module can be embedded into ERP system program directly; The sixthpart, is conclusion and prospection.
