With the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, research cooperation has become apowerful relying of countries around the world to strengthen the capability of independentinnovation and effective docking of scientific and technological resources and marketdemand. Therefore, China makes the technological innovation system of “enterprises as themainstay, market-oriented, a combination of Industry-University-Research institute” as animportant guarantee to realize the development strategy of the national innovation-driven.Knowledge-sharing behavior as the basic content of Industry-University-Research institutecooperation, carrying the core functionality of knowledge output and absorption, plays akey role on the performance of cooperation. But by factors of the potential knowledgedifference between the enterprises and academic institutes, interaction relations anddifferences of organizational context, most people agreed that the cooperative knowledgesharing is not ideal. In recent years, the academic focus more on the shared behavior withinthe enterprise or organization and pays less attention to the research knowledge sharingbehavior. In particular, to deepen and improve research interaction relations andknowledge-sharing scenario for enterprises and academic and research institutions are notvery well studied. Based on this, the paper gives a systematic study of cooperativeknowledge sharing problem. This paper summarized and analyzed the theory of the research cooperation andknowledge sharing and investigated the power and resistance of the body of knowledgesharing behavior、transfer process of knowledge object、influence elements of knowledgesituation and other aspects of the problems. And then based on the Albino knowledgeshared infrastructure model and special background of Industry-University-Researchinstitute cooperation: academic and research institutions with a strong knowledge ofresource advantages assume the role of the knowledge providers in cooperative knowledgesharing; the companies rely on financial support and practical conversion advantage, as therecipient of knowledge, from the main body of knowledge, the shared channel andsituation, the paper built a conceptual model of cooperative knowledge sharing, theacademic and research institutions capacity, enterprise capability, the interactiverelationship as an independent variable and matching degree of knowledge-sharingsituation for enterprises and academic and research institutions as the manipulated variablein the conceptual model. The study does not only focus on the own ability of theenterprises and academic and research institutions, and breakthroughs in the past research, considering the directionality of knowledge transfer and introducing the interactive relationship. On top of this, the paper fully considers the differences of enterprises andacademic and research institutions knowledge context, deepens the adjustment effect studyof shared situational matching degree to the body of knowledge and its relationship. This isnot only a useful complement to previous studies but also the new explore.By correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis for the data of247samples,the paper studies the role of each variable in the theoretical framework. The findings showthat universities-research institute ability, enterprises ability and interaction relations havepositive affect on knowledge-sharing action. And by verifying the moderating effect aboutmatching degree of knowledge-sharing situation for enterprises and academic and researchinstitutions, the paper reaches the following conclusions: the most significant effect ofsituational adjustment is about interaction relations; compared with theenterprise, academic and research institution is more vulnerable to regulating effect;situation can not play the regulating effect on the absorptive capacity of enterpriseknowledge So five of the seven assumptions proposed are verified, two partial validation.By depth discussion of the conclusions of each assumption, this paper dose not onlyprovide empirical support for partial existing research, and bring some innovations, especially proposing a new perspective about interaction relations and matching degree ofknowledge-sharing situation for enterprises and academic and research institutions. Therefore, this study is not only to achieve rich and expanding on a theoretical level, butalso has some practical significance for cooperative knowledge sharing practice behavior.
