With the rapid development of science and technology,industry-university cooperation has become the main way for enterprises to maintain the dominant position in the market competition.At the same time,under the guidance of China's long-term science and technology development plan,industry-university has become one of the key points of China's science and technology policy,and the system of technological innovation centered on industry-university cooperation has become the key to the construction of the overall national innovation system.Industry-university cooperation has been carried out for 20 years,however,its performance is not significant,and can not fundamentally enhance our core technology innovation capability.During industry-university cooperation,university is the main source of knowledge,is the main source of high-tech for industry,and is the solid backing for industry to meet high-tech challenges on the market and increasingly global competition in the knowledge economy.Therefore,one of the effective ways to improve the performance of industry-university cooperation is to promote the effective flow of knowledge between universities and industries.Hence,the influencing factors of the performance of knowledge flow in the industry-university cooperation have become a hot issue for many scholars.This paper studies the influencing factors of knowledge flow performance from theory and practice.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant papers,this paper combs the influencing factors of knowledge flow performance in the industry-university cooperation,and puts forward the main factors influencing the knowledge flow performance,which are trust,knowledge sharing intention and information symmetry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship between these factors and knowledge flow performance and the relationship between these factors.Based on this analysis,the research model of influencing factors of knowledge flow performance is constructed,and the theoretical hypothesis is put forward.At the same time,the relationship between trust,knowledge sharing intention,information symmetry and knowledge flow performance is analyzed according to the questionnaire data from teachers of Jiangsu Province,and the proposed research model and theoretical hypothesis are verified.Thirdly,based on the above mechanism analysis and empirical analysis,this paper uses the system dynamics software to construct the dynamic model of knowledge flow in industry-university cooperation,describes the variables involved in the model and establishes the equations for each variable.Then,the validity of the model is verified by the consistency test between the simulation system and the actual system.Based on the dynamic model of knowledge flow,the system is simulated by Vensim PLE software.At the same time,the trend and its reason of relevant variables are analyzed according to the system simulation results,and the specific influence path of the relevant variables on knowledge flow performance is analyzed.Finally,based on the above research,the paper summarizes the countermeasures of improving the knowledge flow performance in the industry-university cooperation.
