GL companyis a collection of food research and development, seed processing,food storage, modern logistics, comprehensive utilization of rice intensive processing,agricultural and sideline products processing of the provincial leading enterprises.Asthe external market environment and the change of the requirements of their owngrowth, the old business model and management system of the company is difficult toguarantee the company to achieve the goals of sustainable development, which forcesthe company to establish a standardized development strategy as soon as possible, inorder to cope with the severe crisis and challenge.First of all, this thesis makes a systematical analysis of the internal and externalenvironment condition of the company.From the point of the external environment,with China’s accession to the WTO, global economic integration, China’s agriculturalproducts market gradually tends to perfect competition, a large number of low-costfood products abroad to enter the Chinese market, industry protection graduallycancelled, industry monopoly gradually broken.As China’s population continues toincrease, the country pays high attention to the problem of food security and takes aseries of state protection measures, the enthusiasm of agricultural producersimproved.At the same time, increased market openness, the shortage of resources, theproduction material prices and international capital to enter, which intensifiedcompetition in the market for the company.Looking from the internal environment,the company has a comparative advantage in technology, capital, resources,infrastructure construction and the management operation and so on, but the companyalso begins to show a lagged profit, operating vitality shortage, product developmentlag problems and weaknesses.Overall, recently the company’sthreat is bigger, but alsohas more chance in the future.Secondly, this paper gives the development strategy ofthe company and puts forward the specific business goals and strategic direction forthe development of the company: one is to speed up the pace ofdiversification;another is to strengthen the consciousness ofintegration development;the third is to control the expansion of development cost;the fourth is to realize thedifferentiationof development connotation.Finally, this articleputs forwardconcrete suggestions forthe strategy implementation of the GL company from the developmentof diversified business and brand management, marketing, financial management,human resources management and information construction, enterprise cultureconstruction, which ensures the implementation of enterprise development strategy.
