Study On Mid-East Interactive Development And Economic Cooperation In Mid-China's Rising

So far, the process of market-oriented reform has made Chinese economy change a lot. However, while China's economy is growing, economic disparity between regions is enlarged. Different regions have implemented local policies, which do damage to market integration and economic cooperation between regions. Therefore, the state puts forward the integrated regional development. Mid-China's Rising was directed by this guide line. And it is becoming the state's strategy.From the fact of world regional economic integration, the union and cooperation between regions have become a tendency. And it's the times requirement to change the practice of each region's independent development and to assure the coordination and interactive development between regions. Therefore, besides adopting the regional policy, the government also should use market mechanism and advocate open regional policy to strengthen regional economic cooperation and accelerate regional development. Based on this knowledge, this thesis puts forward the theory, the mode and the suggestions of mid-east interactive development in promoting mid-China's rising from the point of regional economic coordination. So the theory is mainly on the mid-east economic cooperation.There are five chapters in this thesis. The contents and findings of this thesis are as follows:1. The writer briefly introduced the theory of regional development and regional cooperation.2. It pointed the necessity and strategy significance of mid-rising from the reality of mid-China's collapse. And it analyzed the reason of interactive development from the tendency of regional economic integration.3. After that, the writer analyzed the basic and conditions of mid-east interactive development and economic cooperation including middle region's present development condition analysis, mid-east cooperation environment analysis, mutual supplement analysis, economic effect analysis and game analysis of regional governments interaction.4. The thesis analyzed the regional development mode in China. Then it put forwardthe mid-east interactive development mode and pointed the specific cooperation mode and the field of industry cooperation.5. At last, the writer listed the restricting factors of mid-east economic cooperation and interactive development and analyzing the reasons behind from the experience of cooperation of Jiangxi province with eastern region. And then, the writer suggested the six strategy points of establishing new mid-east interactive development and cooperation mechanism.The possible innovation in the thesis mainly lies in :A) The writer studied the interactive development and economic cooperation from regional economic coordination. It gives a new example for integrated regional development.B) The thesis put forwards the basic way of mid-east interactive development: East invading and West expanding, interleaving development and combination of gradient movement and anti-gradient movement.C) It analyzes the restricting factors of mid-east interactive development and economic cooperation and seeking the solutions tactic. At the same time, the thesis also brings forward some suggestions of establish new economic mechanism.
