Strategies For The Development Of Community Banks

Community Bank as an indispensable part of China’s banking system, itsdevelopment with the majority of small and medium enterprises, individualbusinesses, and community residents are inextricably linked. Under the influence ofthe global financial crisis, the development of community banking has become aninevitable choice. The development of community not only can promote banks ofChina’s financial system and create a new financial system, but also to address thegreat challenges and threats from the financial crisis. But now, the development ofcommunity banks is still in its infancy. In the course of operation of the market itcannot compare with the Western developed countries. Many small and medium sizedbanks in a bold attempt at community banks do not have a complete market system asa support. The institution-building is not yet mature and perfect, and it was lack ofempirical research. So, the theory and practice of community banks institutionalaspects need further exploration. Therefore, this approach uses empirical analysis toexplore the current situation and prospects of the development of community banks,trying to provide a reference for promoting and developing our community banks.This is the purpose and value of this study.This article is based on the status quo of China’s economic development, on thebasis of the direction of financial development on the use of property rights andfinancial symbiosis theory, studied the development model of community banks, andby way of empirical analysis, discusses the status of the bank’s communitydevelopment bank A, a bank also had its own institutional and management aspects ofdevelopment put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoreticalbasis for the development and decision-making of community banks.
