The real estate market consist of new house market, second-hand housing market and rental market. The demand of house is increasing by composition of "resettlement type", "practical" to "comfort". The same demand may correspond to different levels of consumer, such as higher income consumers can buy a new house to meet the demand of its rapidity, and lower income earners can only buy second-hand housing to meet the demand of its comfort. Therefore when different level of consumers meet their needs, it is possible to provide second-hand housing for lower consumers to buy. The secondary market become an important part link of the housing market and rental market.The second-hand housing market has been developed rapidly Since 2011, it’s trading volume has exceeded second-hand housing volume. Those result that the second-hand housing market boomed. However there is room for development of second-hand housing market compare with the developed countries. The problems of second-hand housing market have specialty of China as a big transformation country. It plays a significant role in promoting the development of the second-hand housing market by understanding and resolving these issues.Literature analysis, comparative analysis, dynamic analysis compare with quantative analysis, qualitative analysis are used in this paper.
