China’s Five State-owned Banks Investment Value Analysis

This article uses the analytic hierarchy process, to the five state-owned bankscomprehensive evaluation analysis for investment value, at the same time, accordingto the influence on the value of five state-owned banks investment value, constructmultiple regression model to carry on the empirical analysis. The results show that:First, this article uses the linear weighted sum function method to establish theevaluation model of five state-owned banks, get ranking the five state-owned banksinvestment value, sort for China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bankof China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of Communications and Bank of China.The score of China Construction Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of Chinaare the top two, and the score difference is not big, investors should give a top priority;but the score of Bank of Communications and Bank of China are the final two, andthe score difference is not big, and the score of Bank of Communications and Bank ofChina with other three banks score is a big gap, the two banks need to improve theirown development status. Second, we use the Panel Data model to discuss theinfluence factors of five state-owned banks investment value, using Eviews6.0software multivariate regression linear analysis, get the total assets, capital adequacyratio, the rate of fixed asset investment, loan deposit ratio, the six factors ofnon-performing loan ratio and the top five shareholders have a certain influence onthe investment value of state-owned banks, and the operating expense ratio has littleinfluence on the investment value of state-owned banks, we should total assets,capital adequacy ratio, fixed assets the rate of investment, loan deposit ratio,non-performing loan ratio and the top five shareholders of these six aspects ofstate-owned banks to improve the investment condition.
