Especially in China, because of its strong momentum of economic development,national income continued to increase in Asia, prompting the tourism industry toflourish. At the same time as weak economic growth in other industries, the majorwell-known international hotel brands, major hotel management group have landed inChina. Since the begin of the21st century, international hotel groups continue toincrease the intensity and pace of expansion in China. Accor, Starwood, Marriott,Hyatt, Hilton, the world’s leading hotel management group, all of their regional headof China is required to raised the number of high-end hotels at50%-200%growth.Even after the Olympic Games, the pace of foreign hotel beachhead Chinabecome much more. Starwood, Marriott and other hotel group is still showing astrong expansion of the gesture. In2017, Marriott International Hotel Group plans todouble the number in Asia, as well as the largest expansion efforts in China, thecompany plans to open260new hotels in Asia at2017, where the number of hotels inChina will be increased from60to1170, covering75%of China’s provinces.Coincidentally, Accor, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, more than100hotelsopen in China planning are then thrown in the coming years,.Under such a strong expansion efforts, cross-cultural management, in particularcross-cultural human resource management, has become the major priority atinternational hotel group in China.In this paper, based on the current research results in the localization offoreign-funded enterprises, combined analysis data of the hotel industry, searchmodels to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies modes,propose to clarify the implementation of the localization of foreign recommendations,and carries on the proposal, expecting that modify the survival and development ofthe hotel industry professionals in the international brand hotel.
