When the world enters into the21century, economic relationship among countries becomes closer, they have already achieved the integration of global economy. In order to adapt to the globalization background, the enterprises have started to open the overseas market, the local company is going to evolve into the multinational group. However, the multinational groups need to face the cultural conflicts made by the background diversification; it is no doubt to increase the complexity and difficulties of cross-cultural human resources. In order to achieve the integration of human resources and enhance the enterprises’competitiveness, the conflicts of cross-cultural human resources become the first question which is solved by the multinational group.This paper cites the enterprise A which is a subsidiary of Italia group as an example and studies the conflicts of human resources management made by cultural differences between China and Italy. Primitively, it explores the modes and methods of cultural human resources management and focus on the cross-cultural management questions of large scale of developing stage of China. Especially, with exploring and practicing of human resources, it is very important to solve the cross-cultural human resources management problems in tactics.Firstly, this paper explains the significance and methods of research on cross-cultural human resources and the statues of overseas and domestic. Secondly, it introduces the implications and features of culture and leads on to the cultural implications of country and enterprise. Thirdly, on the basis of above knowledge, it focuses on the problem of cross-cultural human resources, using the methods of case analysis to compare and analysis the culture of China and Italy. It offers comprehensive and detailed problem of cultural differences and conflicts, and reviews the foreign and domestic research achievements, explores the implications and features of culture. Finally, it finds out the methods which can solve the conflicts of cross-cultural human resources management and pose the integration mode of cross-cultural human resources, supplies the guidance for multinational enterprises and suggestions of cross-cultural human resources.This paper shows us that cross-cultural human resources study plays the important role of multi-national enterprise. It not only can solve the ineivitable conflicts of cross-cultural management, but also intergrate the cross-cultural human resources. It is useful to solve the current conflicts and improve the adapatibility and competitiveness of enterprise.These ways can balance the globalization and localization and achieve the strategical goal of international thinking and local activities.
