With the rapid development of communication technology and transportation technology,the process of globalization is also accelerating.In this process,a large number of enterprises have begun the attempt and business expansion of foreign trade,and have made great changes in terms of management content and business mode.With the continuous development of international trade and the expansion of foreign-related enterprises,the world economy has also played a positive role in promoting the healthy development of economic globalization.At the same time,in the process of developing foreign trade,enterprises should not only carry on conventional business negotiations,but also respond to new challenges of foreign culturals brought by foreign trade enterprises.In response to this conflict,foreign trade enterprises should formulate a cross cultural management method according to the cultural characteristics of the cooperative countries.This paper takes A company as the research object,combined with the domestic and foreign theories of cross culture management,firstly analyzes the different types of cross cultural conflicts A company faces in different foreign trade business mode,combined with the actual cultural conflict in cases of A company to verify,followed by the summary of the analysis of the causes of the way the cross cultural conflict respectively,the values of the differences in language and behavior,different modes of thinking,political and legal differences and the impacts of ethnocentrism.Then,the author puts forward countermeasures of cross-cultural conflict based on above mentioned causes.The countermeasures are,internal cross-cultural management,which is including recognition of cultural differences,cross-cultural training and optimization of talent selection to establish,and external cross-cultural management,which is including establish common goals,create a cooperative atmosphere of mutual trust,establish an effective external communication mechanism and promote cultural integration.Above countermeasures are solutions to improving cross culture management of A company,as A's response to the possible cultural conflicts during its foreign trade business.At the same time,it also provides a reference for foreign trade enterprises which are similar to A company to deal with cross cultural conflicts.
