In the increasingly fierce market competition, labor law system more robust,continuously updated technical level, companies continue to deepen the reform of thenew situation, labor and more complex, facing many new problems and newcontradictions, which restricts the healthy development of enterprises. Improving themanagement of labor and employment, improve labor efficiency of workers, talentadvantage, and create a healthy labor relations, harmony and rationality has becomean important basis for the work of the current human resource management.In this paper, H ’s case, the company mainly for H longstanding issues such aslabor and employment risk study, a detailed analysis of labor management status andproblems of H Company. Associated with the current provisions of the law,presented the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the newsituation facing the company H. Finally, personal comments and recommendationson labor administration and by catfish effect to motivate staff as contributing to thehope of personal opinions and suggestions can improve business efficiency, enhancethe vitality of enterprises, to H Company to create a healthy, positive harmoniousenterprise. But also for other enterprises in the new era of labor management hasplayed a role in learning, making work more on human resource management to anew level.
