The Economic Analysis On Employment Of Graduates In Qingdao

With the university and college recruitment expanded in recent years, graduate employment has become a hot social problem, gaining increasingly more concern from the society. Taking the analysis of the graduate employment market in Qingdao as the starting point, on the basis of theories and approaches of Labor Economics, this thesis tries to analyze the causes of constitutive antinomy in recent graduate employment and accordingly from the point of view of government' s macro-management to stick to institutional innovation and perfection of market mechanism so that a more perfect policy environment and working mechanism can be built. This paper consists of five parts: 1. Preface, including foundation of topic-choosing, present research status, and the author' s major opinions and methods. 2. Basic situation of graduate employment in Qingdao, and then its general features and decisive factors through case studies. 3. Problems lying in graduate employment market in Qingdao and the analyses;a further interpretation of the causes of institutional problems of graduates as well as the development rule by way of theoretical economical analysis. 4. A general understanding of graduate employment and an emphasis on the importance of improving the construction of graduate employment market and government' s macro-management. 5. A further improvement of policy environment and working mechanism of graduate employment, with the stress and measures of government' s macro-management as the major research object.
