With the rapid development of network communication, information technology and thecontinuous progresses of technology in logistics, electronic commerce is rapidly developing in ourcountry, more and more enterprises begin to expand online channel, preparing for more share in thefuture market, thus inevitably bringing about the coexistence and conflict between traditional channelsand online channel, customers will also be in the double channel market environment for a long time.In such a operating environment with the double channel, inventory management is one of theimportant part of supply chain management, the efficiently controlling of inventory can help theenterprise to keep competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, and the customer servicelevel is the key element to measure the levels of inventory management, namely the proportion of theexisting inventory that can meet the demand of customers. This paper studies the inventory modelswith service level influence in a dual-channel, which research work is mainly manifested in thefollowing two aspects:Firstly, I have a study of the theories of inventory control with service level influence insingle-channel situation, laying a foundation for dual-channel inventory control. Contact the featuresbetween the traditional channel and online channel, I build an inventory model with service levelconstraints, solve the model and conduct the analysis numeric. Studies show that there should be acloser relationship between service level and demands for channels.In the second, on the basis of the above study results, This paper puts forward the concept ofdemand influence coefficient for the influence of relationship among the demands for channels,service level and price, and also studies the corresponding calculation methods. Then, the paperclassifies dual-channel inventory management modes as decentralized management mode andcentralized management mode, builds the inventory models and conducts numeric analysis for both.Studies have shown that both in decentralized management mode, and centralized management mode,manufacturers and retailers enterprise can build inventory model, forecast the market competitionsituation and the change of each channel inventory, at the same time, according to the model,enterprises can calculate the best order batch of each order cycle and the optimal profit value of perunit time. Finally the paper has carried on the demand uncertainty study of sensitivity analysis, thecorresponding conclusions are obtained.
