With the rapid development of Internet, more and more companies pay attention toe-commerce. Many companies have built E-commance channel, and other companies withoutself-network also work with online retailers. All of these make the conflict of E-commance channelmore serious. In the channels, if the products which a supplier sell have edge over other’s or thesupplier possess the latest technology, then the supplier plays a leader role in a supply chain. If aretailer in a supply chain owns a great number of customers then suppliers should relay on the retaier,so the retailer may become a leader. The conflict in this leader-follower relation also happens often. The traditional game theory can solve this problem based on large number of data and somehypothesis. However, in real life, the hypothesis may not be correct, so we need a method to solve thisproblem without needing great data and hypothesis. Though the logical representation of Stackelbergequilibrium has been given in GMCR, it’s difficult for DMs to use because of the complicatedexpression and the difficulty of algorithms development. This paper combined the graph theory andlogical expression of Stackelberg together to study the matrix expression of Stackelberg which canprovide the theoretical foundation for algorithms and solve the problem of channel conflict withStackelberg model.Firstly, this thesis defines the matrix representation of LM stability under strict orderedpreference and unstrict ordered preference for two decision makers (DMs) and proved the accuracy ofthese definitions. Then, according to LM stability, the thesis gives the matrix expression ofStackelberg equilibrium and proves the expression. LM stability and Stackelberg equilibrium of twoDMs not only rich the definition of matrix expression, but also provides a scientific and useful methodto solve the problem of Stackelberg.Secondly, this thesis extends the matrix representation with two DMs to muti-DMs cases. Then, based on the matrix expression of LM stability and Stackelberg equilibrium we use GUI in matlab tobuild Decision Support System for two DMs and three DMs.Lastly, this thesis solves the channel conflict in supply chain using the proposed method. Bymodeling and simulating the whole conlflict situation, we can get the stable states which are availablefor DMs to solve conflict. From applications, we can see that the results with leader are different fromthose with Nash method because of the different aims and basise. The method this paper proposed may provide a helpful idea for companies to solve strategicconflict and promote the achievement of algorithm of ckelberg equilibrium; and the exploitation ofDSS support an important method for decision-makers to solute the conflict with Stackelberg.
