Conflict is a kind of opposite situation in which decision makers with different objectives interact.Based on the classical game theory, equilibrium solutions require accurate preferences. However, in practice, due to the uncertainty of external environment and the different overview of value, it is difficult for decision makers to provide accurate preferences. Therefore, the relative preference is often used by decision makers. The graph model for conflict resolution(GMCR) based on the relative preference is to model the conflict behavior and solve the multiple participant-multiple objective decision making problem. In the events of actual conflict, since there are some uncertain factors, such as the limitation of getting information for decision-makers, the complexity of the real-world environment as well as the bounded rationality of decision making, etc. So it is difficult to obtain accurate preference information. This paper combines grey system theory and GMCR to research graph model for conflict resolution analysis based on interval grey number preference structure. The content is as follows:(1) Graph model for conflict resolution analysis based on interval grey number preference structure with two decision makers. Aiming at the problem that the preference information is hard to obtain under the uncertain conflict environment, this paper divides decision makers into risk type and cautious type two kinds according to the decision makers' attitude towards risks, and respectively uses direct ranking method and strategy prioritizing method to solve the decision makers' preference ranking. The new method takes both kernel of grey interval and grey level of grey interval into consideration, reduce the possibility of preference for states is equivalent, so the result is more accurate. Then this paper establishes graph model for conflict resolution analysis based on interval grey number preference structure with two decision makers and stability of conflict analysis based on interval grey number preference structure is defined clearly.(2) Graph model for conflict resolution analysis based on interval grey number preference structure with multiple decision makers. Based on the previous chapter, Graph model for conflict resolution analysis based on interval grey number preference structure with two decision makers extend to multiple decision makers. Then, this paper provides the concrete application steps and relevant symbolic expression of direct ranking method and strategy prioritizing method. And four basic stabilities are defined for graph model based on interval grey number preference structure with multiple decision makers.(3) Subsystem development of interval grey number preference ranking. To facilitate solving the preference ranking under the uncertain environment, this paper developed the interval grey number preference ranking subsystem. After enter the information for decision makers, the preference ranking can be concluded.(4) Conflict case study of “Media Group and Sun Yat-sen University cooperation”. By modeling and simulating the whole conflict situation, we can get the global stable states under the different situations. Finally, the decision-path of conflict is analyzed, and verifies the validity of the theoretical study of this paper.
