With scientific research international,cooperative process of continuous development, teamworkhas become the main form of scientific research work at this stage. However, at this stage theresearch team and research integrity and reputation of the level of concern, academic misconductoccurred frequently. Such as Shanghai Jiaotong University Chen Jin led the “Chinese core” Teamfraud case; vine Maoming Cell Biology, University of Tokyo research team on suspicion of tamperingand fabricating a large number of experimental data,43papers were withdrawn; Korea “clone” fatherHwang team papers fraud, forgery research; Xi’an Jiaotong University doctoral tutor, the Ministry ofEducation innovation Research team leader Li Liansheng team academic achievements fraud case;European laboratory for particle physics research experiments measuring the speed of light fictionevents. Research team creditworthiness academia and the public has become widespread concern.The main thesis of complex systems based on multi-agent environment, modeling andsimulation research on innovative collaborative research team conducted a credibility problem. First,through the relevant literature on research integrity carding system, the use of literature analysis,meta-analysis method based on collaborative innovation research team credibility factors affectinginduction, consolidation of organizational leadership factors, organizational stress factors,organizational factors and organizational climate factors regulate four aspects influencing factors;Secondly, based on the established factors to construct innovative collaborative research teamcredibility evaluation econometric model; Finally, Netlogo simulation platform for simulationexperiment analysis, simulation innovative collaborative research team credibility factors affecting thecredibility of the team meter measure the impact of dynamic simulation process, mainly bydescriptive statistical methods using SPSS software, simulation results analysis and the credibility ofcollaborative innovation team interactions between factors condition.The experimental results indicate: the research team credibility factors influencing factors oforganizational leadership, organizational stress factors, organizational factors and organizationalclimate factors regulate the entire team creditworthiness of non-simple linear relationship. Innovativecollaborative research team leader leadership, leadership and supervision of the entire credibility ofcollaborative innovation team will produce positive effects related to the trend, but when the level ofthe leadership role of factors exceeds a certain critical value, the credibility of the entire team degreeof positive upward trend weakened supervisory role. And initial operation of the team that factor plays a more important role; when organizational stress factors to a lesser extent, the research team oncollaborative innovation has little effect on the level of credibility, but researchers are facingcompetitive pressures personal stress and work researchers can withstand more than the critical value,the level of credibility of the whole team will be a downward trend; organizational factors thatregulate the level of credibility with the team measured values showed a positive correlation with thedegree of improvement of organizational norms and application increases, the team with the ethicalstandards the improved credit conditions conducive to the improvement of the team; addition, wepassed on the positive and negative factors of organizational climate organizational climate factors onthe magnitude of a whole team were studied, in a positive organizational climate research team, theteam in the project application stage level of credibility of little use, but with the implementation ofthe project and promote its positive effects become more significant role; negative atmosphere of theorganization in the project application stage will make the entire team at a low volatility state, thencollaborative innovation based research team throughout the project cycle credibility level in the“scientific misconduct” state. Organizational leadership, organizational stress, organizational norms,organizational climate factors, the interaction between the four factors results showed that: fouraffecting factors on collaborative innovation team credibility significant interaction effect, appropriatechanges in the role of a degree of influence factors value, the level of credibility that the entire teamcan generate synergy effects, Meanwhile, the government’ s regulatory process for the research team,you can moderate increase in amount of reward and punishment to regulate credit research teambehavior. However, the amount of reward and punishment is set too high, it will lack applicability;reward and punishment limits set too low, will the lack of deterrence.
