Research On The Factors Influencing The Grouping Migration Of Cluster Firms Based On Multiagent Simulation

Industrial cluster is a prominent feature of the economic process in Zhejiang,and it is also an important driving force for the economic development of Zhejiang.However,with the rapid development of economy,some complications are also increasingly prominent:some provinces compared to the Midwest,Zhejiang province labor price,land price factors such as prices were high,enterprise migration has become more frequent.In this form,many counties and cities of the government is not only industry hollow concerns,but also the transformation and upgrading,the great pressure on the cage for birds.And enterprise group migration as the carrier of industrial transfer,the only way to change the bird cage,the study is relatively small.The existing research is carried out from two aspects:Based on the micro and meso micro perspective,the existing research enterprise migration as special case for enterprise mobility,to explain the reasons for the general population migration enterprise enterprise migration theory;based on the meso perspective,existing research will be the industry as a "black box",to explain the reason for the migration of enterprise industry transfer theory.However,whether it is micro or meso perspective based on the perspective of researchers is more homogeneous enterprises based on the assumption that both ignore the heterogeneity between enterprises,but also ignored the interaction between enterprises.In order to study the driving factors of enterprise migration,open enterprise group migration of "black box",from the micro perspective,and use the FDI location choice theory and the theory of complex adaptive system,using NetLogo simulation software,analyzes multi-agent simulation,studied the effect of mutual imitation products demand factors,factors of production cost factors and between enterprises on the migration of cluster enterprise,get the following three conclusions.First,product demand is the decisive factor affecting the migration of enterprise groups,the demand for products continues to decline will drive the migration of enterprise groups.Second,the price of labor and land prices are not under any circumstances can affect the enterprise migration,these factors can affect how much the migration of enterprises depends on the size of the product demand elasticity.The demand elasticity of price increases,the market demand is more sensitive to changes in product prices,affect the cost of labor and land price changes on the migration of enterprise groups is larger;the price elasticity of demand is small,changes in market demand for product price less sensitive,effects of changes in labor costs and the cost of land transfer on price the enterprise group is small.Third,when the annual migration of enterprises as the reference object,the number of Enterprises above annual migration migration decision criteria,among enterprises to imitate each other will not make the industry large-scale population migration phenomenon,and as the accelerator role,accelerate the migration to promote enterprise groups.
