Since the20th century, Our country experience four times inflation (annualinflation rates more than3%). From2010to2013, consumer price index exceeded thealert line of inflation(3%). This shows that China is in inflationary period in recentyears. At present, input and demand are the main impact factor. There are manyreasons for inflation, We theoretically put demand factors and input factors together toget the factors to date has not researched－import and export structures. Import andexport structure theoretically suggest that there is some impact on inflation. Paper dothe empirical analysis based on inflationary factors of structure of import and export.Paper theoretically combine the demand factors and imported together to deducethe factors affected inflation include demand structure and price of import and export.Paper analyzed the conduct path of structure and price of import and export toinflation from the perspective of money supply and price point, using factor analysisto the main cause of inflation detailed study of analysis. Main affecting factors aredemand and input in2003-2004and2006-2008.Then, with these two stages ofinflation as a positive sample, the Var models of import and export price and structureand inflation are established to do the Impulse response function analysis and variancedecomposition analysis. Finally, that share of inflationary effects on import and exportreached18%, the effect direction is positive in the short term. Based on empiricalfindings,we made a number of relevant policies to ease the current inflation putforward a number of relevant policies to ease the current inflation based on theempirical results.
