Research On Vertical Cooperation Of Vegetables’Supply Chain In Our Country

Vegetable industry is a pillar industry of China’s agriculture. Development of vegetable industry is now hugely impact peoples’life and growing vegetables has become an important source of farmers’income.However, a serious shortage of safe vegetables’supply and excess production of ordinary vegetables and the loose vertical cooperation between supply chain have seriously hampered the development of vegetable industry.This paper,which takes the point of vegetable quality and safety and based on the current situation of development of vegetable industry,through theoretical interpretation and empirical analysis,study the current vertical partnerships in vegetable supply chain and find how the vertical cooperation vegetable supply chain effect quality control behavior.Innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the research ideas.The study combine the vegetable supply chain with the quality and safety of vegetables,which provides a strong support in protecting the quality of vegetables from the entire supply chain security.The significance of this study is not only to theoretically understand the important role of vertical cooperation of the vegetable supply chain in protecting vegetables’quality, but also provide a basis for regulating the production behavior of vegetable growers and strengthening vegetable enterprises’quality and safety management in practice.
