With digital technology and the financial industry continues to accelerate the integrationprocess, the financial industry either from the operating scale and scope has rapiddevelopment. At the same time, the features of finance digitization become more evident. Inrecent years, academic research on the integration of digital technology and the developmentof the financial sector gradually increased, but the thinking and understanding about theintegration of digital technology and the development of the financial sector is still notenough. Under the background of drastic changes in the financial industry and highlyintegrative development of digital technology and the financial sector, timely analyzing andintrospecting of the integration of both two aspects will help the financial industry better useof the technological achievements brought by digital technology rapid development andcontemporary to plan ahead aims to the possible risks. By selecting integrative developmentof digital technology and the financial industry as the research object of this article, this has astrong theoretical and practical significance.The method of this dissertation is showed as follows. Initially, I will state the researchfindings of the integrative development of digital technology and financial industry. It helpsus to get a better understanding of present studies related to digital technology and financialindustry and shows some revelations for this research. Secondly, I will review the historicaldevelopment of digital technology and financial industry, including development history,development characteristics and their tendency. Thirdly, I will study the present situation andtrend of the integrative development of digital technology and financial industry. Furthermore,this dissertation will analyze the economic and social interaction on digital technology andfinancial integration, including social and economic backgrounds as well as its effects. Inorder to explore the basic approaches of science and technology dissimilation, the negativeeffects will be discussed. Finally, this dissertation will show us some reflections on theintegrative development of digital technology and financial industry, especially related tosome philosophical rethink. According to the analysis above, the rapid development of the integration processbetween digital technology and finance is the tendency of future financial industry. With theimproved level of integration of digital technology and finance, traditional financial industrywill be affected deeply. In addition, its management model tends to transform from traditionalmodel to online finance. However, traditional financial industry cannot be substituted byonline finance due to the nature of digital technology and finance. Financial industry willdeveloped rapidly with the assistance of digital technology. Last but not least, the effects ofthe science and technology dissimilation should be noticed due to the rapid development ofdigital technology and financial industry.
