Logistics industry is towards the rapid development stage of global integration andoperation of information technology. Logistics enterprises in the outcome of the competitionnot only depends on the enterprise itself, but to a large extent depends on the performance ofthe enterprise in the supply chain. Transport as the most important part of supply chain, theenterprise reasonable optimization transportation task system, can greatly improve theeconomic benefits of enterprises. Transportation cost is an important part of logistic systemand supply chain cost, an successful system of transportation task must have to do with anefficient, low transportation cost of transportation chain network.Agent is a collaborative system or distribution system that can be sustained independentdecision making, and it is a computing entities, namely Agent, which can complete theassigned task. It has the characteristics of being recognized as suitable for studying all kindsof complex systems. Logistics and transport issues as a multi-objective complex problems, the introduction of multi-Agent technology for real-time simulation of the transport chain, isa new approach to solve the problem of transportation decision, can provide thedecision-making basis for actual transportation, with good theoretical and practical value. From the perspective of the transport chain, the structure of the current logisticstransportation business is analyzed. Based on the process of transportation chain operations, amulti-Agent-based simulation model of transport chain is establish The reuse and universalapplicability of the proposed model, can be used to analyze the impact of factors associatedwith the transport or transport policy decisions. Then the model was applied to automobilelogistics practical cases, the transportation time, transportation cost, and at the same timeconsidering factors such as transportation time and transportation cost influenced on thetransportation path decisions, also studied the fuel surcharge, tax and other policies affectactual transport path decision.
