Cost Optimization Of Agricultural Products Cold-chain Logistics Under Farming-supermarket Docking

Compared with developed countries, there is a gap in agricultural products logisticsdevelopment in China. And this gap seriously hindered agricultural products logistics. Assuper agricultural docking began in2009, agricultural products have begun to reachconsumers in a different pattern. And the traditional agricultural logistics has been slowlyreplaced by cold chain logistics, as agricultural products are easily rotted and broken. Afterrecent years of development with the active participation of countries and companies topromote, cold chain logistics of agricultural products have a certain development under superagricultural mode. It is exposed a series of problems during the process of development.Numbers aspects of logistics, cost management chaos, refrigeration technology behind theproduct caused agricultural products prices have been running high. High cost of cold chainlogistics seriously affected the interests of farmers, consumers and supermarkets. Thecirculation of agricultural products has been also a big obstacle. In order to increase farmers’income, and make sure the circulation of agricultural products’ high-quality and goodefficiency, improve market competitiveness of agricultural products; the cold chain logisticscost management is optimized that is particularly important.First, this paper introduces the research background, purpose and practical significanceand summarizes the research situation of scholars at home and abroad. It discusses theconcept of agricultural products cold chain logistics, from super agricultural to cold chainlogistics, and then to cold chain logistics costs, further analysis the cost structure of coldchain logistics of agricultural products in detail, lays a theoretical basis for the analysis andresearch for the later analysis. Secondly, this article analyzes the present managementsituation of agricultural products cold chain logistics under super agricultural docking mode,as well as main problems existing in the cost management. Combining with the existingproblems and then uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the larger factors thataffect the cost in activities of agricultural products cold chain logistics; Aiming at problems inlogistics cost costing in companies, makes the optimization analysis to agricultural cold chaincost based on the activity-based costing, combines with the specific empirical research, puts forward the strategies of the enterprise cost optimization. It carries out the applicabilityanalysis for cost-optimized mode to super agricultural docking.At the same time, it learnsfrom the successful experience of developed countries, combines with China’s basic nationalconditions, and proposes ways to optimize the cost of cold chain logistics.The research was sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51108040).
