Study On The Protection Of Cultivated Land Of Ganquan County

This paper gives a detailed explanation of research trends in land protection at home andabroad. Based on the important meaning of protection about cultivated land and basicfarmland, the author put forwards fundamental purpose of the study. The cultivated land hasthe function of breed and ecological protection, which is one of the most fundamentalstrategic resources. Thus we should protect the cultivated land. Ganquan County isdeveloping very fast in industrialization and urbanization, which makes the contradictionbetween supply and demand more and more fierce. On the premise of protection aboutcultivated land and basic farmland, we should deal with the relationship between landresource and insurance of social development, keeping the overall development of economicsociety in Ganquan County. We should carry out the requirement of protection aboutcultivated land and basic farmland putting forward by the State Council of the Party CentralCommittee, responding the appealing of our Party. In order to adapt the strategy goal policyclaim of our Party and country in the new period, we should discuss issues of protection aboutcultivated land and basic farmland. Research methods: combined method of quantitative andqualitative, combined method of traditional analysis and model analysis. Research results:(1)The author analyzes current situation of cultivated land on the aspects of the amount ofarable land and structure, quality and distribution of cultivated land, usages benefit and output.The author also analyzes the dynamic change about cultivated space change, illuminating theexisting problems of cultivated land usages and protection at Ganquan County.(2)Start withthe grain demand forecast, the author gives a comprehensive analysis prediction aboutcultivated land supply and demand. Based on many scheme optimization and contrast, theauthor finally gets the cultivated land quantity at Ganquan County in2020, pointing out thatthe amount of cultivated land quantity can completely ensure food self-support at GanquanCounty. At the same time, it gives moderately loose supply room for non-agriculturalconstruction land, laying a foundation for the stable and fast development of social economyat Ganquan County.(3) The author puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions oncultivated land protection. Research results: Using linear regression model, exponential modeland several other methods and corresponding mathematic model, the author gives an analytical prediction about cultivated land demand situation. Starting from the populationprediction, the author predicts the further cultivated land demand situation from the directionof grain comprehensive production capacity. According to the augment about cultivated landand reducing the lost, the author forecasts the supply quantity at Ganquan County. In the end,the author finally confirms the scale of cultivated land quantity at Ganquan County in2020.Based on the scientific and reasonable methods, the author confirms the scale of cultivatedland quantity, which can ensure the grain security at Ganquan County theoretically and meetthe land demands of construction in urbanization and industrialization.
