Study On The Real Estate Industry And Regional Economic Coordinated Development Of Jinhua

At present, the economy develops rapidly and the scale of urban construction expandsgradually in China. The real estate industry as an important industry of regional economicdevelopment, the overall has developed rapidly in recent years, and it is becoming thedominant force in social economic development. No matter in which areas within the scope,the real estate industry and regional economic development have the close relation, there is atwo-way interactive relationship, between the real estate industry developing too fast or tooslow directly affects the regional overall economy, and the composition of regional economicfactors also directly or indirectly promote or inhibit effects to the real estate industrydevelopment. So the research of the relationship between real estate industry and regionaleconomy, how to make a coordinated development between the two, is very realistic.This article related theory analysis first, then quantitative and qualitative studies of actualcases, both the theory combined with practice, qualitative with quantitative.Based on the concept of real estate and regional economic, this article analyze deeply thereal estate industry the positive role and negative influence to the regional economy, includingregional economic elements of restrain and promote the development of the real estateindustry. Then, the paper introduces the apply theory to research the relationship betweenthem, Focusing on the coordinated development theory, and on the basis of the previousscholars study, this paper use the theory to construct indicator to judge whether thecoordinated development of the relation between them. The mainly three types of indicatorsare the level of the real estate development, real estate investment, and real estate prices withthe coordinated development of the regional economy. Then on the basis of introducing theJinhua city real estate industry development present situation and the regional economicsituation, employing provinces and cities the two levels of data statistics in recent years, thispaper uses three types of indicators on demonstrated analyze whether the city’s real estateindustry and regional economic development is coordinated. Leading to the conclusion,Jinhua city’s real estate industry and regional economic development basically maintaincoordinated, real estate industry has gradually become a pillar industry in the economic development of the whole city. According to the conclusion, in view of the Jinhua city realestate industry development status and trend, this paper analyzes the existing problems, andput forward to promote the development of more harmonious suggested countermeasures.
