Research On The Coordinated Development Of Real Estate Industry And Regional Economy In Liaoning Province

In recent years,the real estate industry has developed rapidly and gradually developed into a pillar industry of the country or region,which has a profound influence on the economic development.The problem of coordinated development between the real estate industry and the regional economy has become the focus of more and more attention.Research on the different influencing factors of the coordinated development of the real estate industry and the regional economy in Liaoning Province is conducive to the coordinated development of the two.In this paper,the degree of correlation between the real estate industry and the regional economy in Liaoning Province is estimated using the grey correlation method.Then,based on relevant theories,qualitative analysis of both the real estate industry and the regional economy is based on the real estate development in Liaoning Province and the status of regional economic development.Based on the relationship between the two,a coordinated development evaluation index system was constructed.Quantitative analysis methods such as entropy method and coupling degree were used.Arcgis tools were used for visual expression to study the coordinated development of real estate and regional economy in Liaoning Province.The development of time changes and spatial development differences.The results show that from 1998 to 2015,the degree of coupling and coordination between the real estate industry system and the regional economic system in Liaoning Province as a whole is on the rise.In 1998,the coupling degree of coordination between the real estate industry and the regional economy in Liaoning Province was 0.1627.It rose to 0.4999 by 2015 and reached a peak value of 0.5886 in 2013.The relationship between the real estate industry and the regional economy in Liaoning province gradually gradually changed from low coupling to moderate coupling.With a high degree of coupling and improvement,from 2010 to 2014,it has reached a high degree of coupling for four consecutive years,indicating that the coupling degree of the real estate industry and the regional economic system in Liaoning Province has reached a high level,indicating that the current real estate industry and regional economy in Liaoning Province are correct.The overall development trend is well-developed,but from the beginning of 2014,we must pay attention to it.Through the analysis of the coordination of cities in Liaoning Province,only Shenyang City is in a highly coupled stage.In addition,five cities such as Dalian have reached a moderate degree of coupling.The coupling degree of other remaining cities and towns is relatively low.The differences in the coordinated development of real estate and regional economy in different cities are different.Larger.In order to promote the real estate industry and economy of Liaoning Province to be in a better,sustained,and healthy state,on the basis of the current issues affecting the coordinated development of the real estate industry and regional economy in Liaoning Province,proposals for promoting sound development are proposed.
