With the in-depth development of economic globalization and knowledge economy,trademark and the economic and social development in the pulling effect more prominent, hasbecome an important means of all kinds of market subject highlight corporate goodwill, tomaintain the competitive advantage, improve economic efficiency. Vigorously implement thebrand strategy, the effective use of brand resources, is conducive to promoting regionaleconomic development mode and the adjustment of economic structure, so as to promotesustainable and great-leap-forward development of local economy.This paper starts from the study of trademark, trademark strategy and its related concepts,enhance the role of trademark strategy implementation significance for Shaanxi, advantage,disadvantage, present situation and the implementation of brand strategy to the province’seconomic competitiveness is analyzed in detail. Put forward clearly to trademark strategyboost economic development ideas, to empirical explained the implementation of brandstrategy to enhance the Shaanxi province’s economic competitiveness plays a great role inpromoting. From the government played a leading, scientific planning, strengthen thelegislation protection and policy support, and increase enterprise application and defenseconsciousness, create a trademark use and protection of environment perspective, analysis ofthe implementation of the status quo of Shaanxi brand strategy. This paper puts forwardtrademark strategy implementation methods and procedures to follow, the use of law,management, economics, knowledge defines four elements to implement brand strategy, andhas carried on relevant empirical research through literature review, case investigation,obtained the conclusion accord with the objective reality. This paper holds that the development of brand strategy must be the government fromthe national perspective, perspective, the enterprise level development ability, unity ofthinking and practice. The implementation of brand strategy and system, step by step, and tomake good use of the history of Shaanxi advantage, resource advantage, tourism advantages,cultural advantages, and these advantage into brand advantage and market competitionadvantage, build, develop local leading industries, based on these advantages come with theirown actual, characteristics, development the road.
