Since the1980s, the concept of quality management maturity proposed by qualitymanagement guru Crosby gradually being accepted around the world. Foreign enterpriseswith their own situation, the maturity of the quality management concepts applied to theenterprise quality management and continuous development of sound, and improving thequality of management, improve product and service quality. However, the overall situationof China’s product quality is worrying, all kinds of fake and shoddy products flooding themarket, resulting in adverse effects on our economy stable operation. In this context, It isnecessary have an in-depth research on our enterprise quality management maturity status, inorder to promote enterprise quality management to a higher level. In this paper, enterprisesmanufacturing in Shaanxi Province as the research object to explore the quality managementmaturity level.Firstly, research the domestic and international quality management maturity theory,elements and methods, refining a system of evaluation of enterprise quality managementmaturity evaluation system.On this basis, build a conceptual model of the study and putforward the hypothesis; Secondly, the design of each variable measure indicators, theinvestigation method of the questionnaire, a survey of88manufacturing enterprises inShaanxi investigation, Further empirical research using structural equation model (StructuralEquation Modeling) method, the8hypotheses proposed in this study,6hypotheses throughverification, denied the2hypothesis; Finally, evaluate the quality of management maturity forthe Shanxi regional manufacturing enterprises, the study found88manufacturing enterprisesin Shanxi area of quality management maturity level, respectively, in the "bud","Awakening","development","improve" these four stages, has not yet found fully meet the "mature" stagesof manufacturing enterprises; These enterprise quality management maturity level is not high overall performance of major gaps and deficiencies in quality leadership and performanceprocess control, especially in the quality of strategic planning, quality management tool useand process management, in addition,there is a big difference in employee participation. Inaddition, for each class of enterprise listed company carries on the detailed analysis, pointedout the advantages and disadvantages of the existing quality management.
