Research On Construction Project Quality Management Based On The Maturity Model

Since 30 years of reform and opening up, China's gross domestic product (GDP) has maintained a 10% growth rate, economic scale unceasingly expands, has made remarkable achievements. The real estate industry also obtained rapidly development in the economical fast development. But the construction industry which is closely related to the real estate industry, still exist problems such as out-dated management styles, the quality management can not be guaranteed and so on. For this reason, it is necessary to make the academia and the industry realize the importance of improving construction quality management and searching for a way to solve the problems.In this paper, through researching maturity model theory, looking for species maturity models which have been used in various industries, organizations and consultation companies, the author selects the recognition and consulting company maturity models. After analyzing the layering and structure of those maturity models, the author assimilates the useful points which can be used in construction industry thus establishing Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Optimization Model (CPQMMOM for short), and analyzing the capability maturity model evaluation index system. At the same time, we can establish maturity level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and calculate by using a case.In the end, this paper analyzes on the application prospect, problems and strategies of maturity model which is used in construction project. Then the author discusses how to apply the CPQMMOM model in the construction project quality management in our country.
